You are able to change the date of your tickets in your account. Please follow the steps below*:
1. Log into your account
2. Click on your Order Number under “Your orders”
3. Click "Change" in the top right corner.
4. Select "Switch to a Different Date" from the list of options
5. Select your desired date from the events list
6. Select the appropriate ticket type
7. Select your entry time from the drop-down and click "Update Information" (NOTE: Make sure you do this for every ticket separately)
8. Fill out your Name and Payment Information
9. Make sure you have changed every ticket that you wish to by confirming the ticket number at the top of the Pay Screen. Once you have done this, click "Pay" to complete your date change
*All ticket date changes are subject to availability. There is a $2 fee per ticket to change dates.
